About EnergyStackHub

Commercial energy is broken.
We're fixing it with AI.

EnergyStackHub replaces $200K/year energy consultants with one intelligent platform — built for facilities managers and CFOs running multi-location commercial portfolios.

Our Mission

Make world-class energy management accessible to every commercial operator

Commercial buildings waste an estimated $200 billion in energy costs annually in the US alone. The biggest culprits aren't aging systems — they're fragmented data, opaque utility contracts, and energy management processes that haven't changed since the 1990s.

EnergyStackHub was built to change that. We bring together real-time utility data, AI-powered analytics, and procurement intelligence into one platform that any facilities team can use — no energy consultants, no spreadsheets, no guesswork.

Our tools are grounded in authoritative data: EIA commercial rates, DOE CBECS benchmarks, EPA ENERGY STAR standards, and the latest IRA and 179D incentive guidance. Every recommendation is auditable. Every number is sourced.

Who We Serve

Built for the teams that actually run buildings

EnergyStackHub is designed for commercial operators managing real portfolios — not energy brokers, not consultants, not software evaluators. If you pay utility bills and answer for building performance, this platform is for you.

Facilities Managers

Manage energy costs across 50–200+ locations without a dedicated energy team. Audit bills, benchmark performance, and generate compliance reports in minutes.

CFOs & Finance Teams

Quantify energy spend, model procurement alternatives, and capture federal tax credits — with documentation your accountants can actually use.

Property Managers & REITs

Benchmark portfolio-wide EUI performance, track building certifications (LEED, ENERGY STAR, ASHRAE), and stay ahead of local benchmarking mandates.

Sustainability Directors

Build defensible Scope 1 & 2 emissions baselines, model decarbonization pathways, and generate ESG disclosures aligned to TCFD and GRI frameworks.

Architects & Engineers

Calculate 179D deductions for qualifying energy-efficient designs, generate allocation letters, and check eligibility across project types with our 179D AE Checker.

Energy Procurement Teams

Access real-time rate intelligence, procurement RFP templates, contract checklist generators, and deregulated market guides for all 50 states.

Data Philosophy

Every number has a source. Every source is authoritative.

Energy data is only useful if you can trust it. EnergyStackHub sources all benchmark data, rate information, and incentive guidance from government-authoritative datasets: the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), the Department of Energy Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS), the EPA's ENERGY STAR program, and published IRS guidance on 179D and IRA credits.

We label data freshness explicitly throughout the platform. When a rate is an EIA 2025 estimate, we say so. When a benchmark is derived from CBECS 2018 data (the most recent available), we note it. Estimates are marked as estimates. Verified data is marked as verified.

AI-generated analysis — audit summaries, document drafts, projections — is clearly labeled and not presented as professional advice. We're a platform for decision support, not a substitute for qualified engineers and accountants when the stakes are high.
